1. Delivery charge - a flat fee of £6.95 per delivery, regardless of the size of your order, also includes packaging. This sum is automatically added to your shopping basket.

2. Perishable items - we do include 24-hour ice-packs with our perishable items, but Rare & Organic cannot be held responsible for a deterioration in quality if not refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Therefore please ensure that somebody will be available to take delivery of the item.

3. International - we can ship almost anywhere in the world so please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.

4. Delivery times - despatch is overnight via FedEx or Royal Mail First Class.
We ship your goods as soon as possible after you order them. Most orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of receipt.

5. Orders subject to prior sale - although we try to avoid it as much possible, it can happen that an item is out of stock but still appears available for purchase. In this case we will endeavour to contact you immediately and offer a replacement item, a refund, or provide an approximate time-scale for its delivery.

6. Refunds and Returns - our highest priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please let us know in writing (via email or post) within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of your order, explaining the problem. As a guideline we follow the policy below for refunds and returns but always within the Legislation applicable.

Goods broken or damaged upon receipt: please advise us as soon as possible in writing by email or first-class post but no more than 7 days after receipt, and we will replace them with equivalent or higher-value items.

Unwanted Goods: please advise us in writing within 7 days of receipt by email or first-class post and we will offer either a full refund including the original delivery charge or, with mutual consent, replacement with equal or higher value goods after return of the original delivery to us. We will organise with our Delivery Contractor to collect the unwanted goods and trust in your cooperation to complete that step within no more than 7 to 10 working days. IMPORTANT - we do not accept returns made without our prior knowledge.

7. Age restrictions: alcohol and the law - it is illegal to obtain or attempt to obtain alcohol if you are under the age of 18. By paying for any item containing alcohol on this website, you are confirming not only that you are over the age of 18 but that you are not attempting to procure alcohol on behalf of someone who is under the legal age.
